5. Analytics and tracking services
We use the following analytics tools on this Website. Both tools operate under data processing agreements with us and are bound by GDPR-compliant data handling obligations.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC, or Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA/UK) to understand how visitors use this Website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymised usage data including page views, session duration, traffic source, and device information. We have enabled IP anonymisation. Data may be transferred to Google servers in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses. You can opt out by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by declining analytics cookies via our cookie banner.
PostHog
We use PostHog for product analytics and internal event tracking. PostHog helps us understand feature engagement, user flows, and conversion events. Data collected includes page events, clicks, feature interactions, and session information linked to a pseudonymous identifier. PostHog data is processed under a data processing agreement with Fueld AI Ltd. You can opt out of PostHog tracking via our cookie banner.
6. Third-party services and data processors
We work with trusted third-party providers who process data on our behalf. All processors are bound by data processing agreements:

| Google Analytics | Website analytics and traffic measurement | USA (SCCs in place) |

| Stripe | Subscription billing and payment processing | USA (SCCs in place) |
SCCs = Standard Contractual Clauses, a recognised mechanism for lawful international data transfer under UK GDPR.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:
- Analytics data — retained for up to 26 months in Google Analytics; PostHog data retained for up to 12 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted.

8. International data transfers
Some of our third-party service providers (including Google Analytics and Stripe) are based outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK ICO — to protect your data to the same standard as under UK GDPR.
