We do not use advertising or targeting cookies. Flank does not display third-party advertising and does not share data with advertising networks.
3. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), operated by Google LLC (or Google Ireland Limited for EEA/UK users), to understand how visitors interact with this Website. We have configured GA4 with:
- IP anonymisation enabled — your full IP address is not stored by Google Analytics.
- Data retention set to 14 months — after which, data is automatically deleted from Google Analytics.
- Remarketing and advertising features disabled — we do not use GA4 for ad targeting.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
4. PostHog
We use PostHog for internal product analytics. PostHog tracks user interactions with product features — such as which buttons are clicked, which flows are completed, and which features users engage with most. This data is used by the Flank team to understand and improve the product. PostHog assigns a pseudonymous identifier to visitors and does not use the data for advertising.
